Entry Visa to France Appealing decisions refusing an entry visa to France If, as indicated below, in certain cases, a refusal of an entry visa to France is not legitimate, obtaining a visa for short stay (a uniform or Schengen visa, etc.) or long stay visa is, nevertheless, in many cases, a foreigner’s right. ".
